Meet the Doctors
Dr. Todd Boggs, DC
Originally from Indiana, Dr. Boggs graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1997 and moved to Nebraska. Dr. Boggs believes in the power that God gives us to heal and repair ourselves and our innate connection with the Maker. In his off hours, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Annie, his two daughters, Macey, Allie, her husband Jonah, also chiropractors, and or course his grandaughter, Goldie.
Dr. Thomas Blackstone, DC
Dr. Blackstone is a western Nebraska native who was raised on a farm north of Bayard. He graduated from Doane College in 2004 and attained his Doctorate from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2008. Dr. Blackstone enjoys Husker football, working on his farm, and spending this with his wife and four children.

Rick Jolliffe
Rick is one of the first people you will meet when you come to Chiropractic Concepts. He is our Radiographer, handles all therapies in our exercise suite, and often gives new patients’ their first tour. Rick and his wife, Bethany, have three amazing children.

Teresa Wallace
Teresa started working for Chiropractic Concepts in 2006. She is the insurance and billing specialist here at the office. Teresa lives in Scottsbluff with her husband Jeff.

Lori Schwartzkopf
Lori has been a member of the community for over 30 years. She is the first friendly voice you hear when you call the office and a friendly face you see at the front desk.

Emilie Yates
Emilie works part time in the mornings helping Lori schedule clients and answer phones. When she is not at work, she is home with her son.

Adelle works part time in the afternoons helping Lori with front desk duties and she runs our social media pages.
